Cotton Creek Capital Announces the Acquisition of Seven Stone Assets
Austin, Texas – September 13, 2016 – Cotton Creek Capital, through its portfolio company Houston, Texas-based Royal Manufacturing (“Royal” or the “Company”), completed the acquisition of the Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC operating assets of Seven Stone Surface Fabrication, LLC (“Seven Stone”), one of the largest stone fabricators in the Southeast. The operations provide Royal Manufacturing with an expanded presence in a growing region in the U.S., including strategically important markets for a number of Royal’s existing customers.
