Dallas, Texas – July 1, 2014– Cotton Creek Capital is pleased to announce that The CounterSource, Inc. (“CounterSource”), a custom countertop fabrication and installation service provider in Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin, TX, merged with Royal Baths Manufacturing Company (“Royal”).  The combination creates a company with the scale, breadth, and capabilities to provide bathroom and kitchen solutions to custom and production homebuilders as well as multi-family and commercial developers.  In addition to acrylic bathtubs and cultured marble vanities, the merger expands Royal’s products to include laminate, natural or engineered stone, and solid surface countertops.  The transaction closed on June 30, 2014.
