Cotton Creek Capital’s Vecta Environmental Acquires Holeshot Services
Austin, Texas – May 23, 2019 – Cotton Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Holeshot Services, LLC (“Holeshot”), a Lake Charles, Louisiana-based provider of routine maintenance and industrial services in the industrial, chemical and environmental sectors, by Vecta Environmental Services, LLC (“Vecta”). This acquisition enhances Vecta’s scale, customer base and geographic density in the Southeastern Texas and Southern Louisiana markets along the Gulf Coast, an area that is currently experiencing a significant level of infrastructure investment.
The acquisition increases Vecta’s operating locations to seven, providing customers additional services and equipment while also expanding the Company’s capacity in the Gulf Coast region. In addition to one of the largest privately held hydro-excavation fleets in the United States, Vecta’s range of services include hydro-blasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning and insulation & scaffolding services critical for routine maintenance at customer plants and facilities.As part of the acquisition, Holeshot will continue to be led by its current executive team, including its founders.The transaction closed on May 15, 2019.
