Cotton Creek Capital Promotes Anil Ali to Senior Associate
Dallas, Texas – June 16, 2014– Cotton Creek Capital, a Texas-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the promotion of Anil Ali to Senior Associate. Cotton Creek Capital is currently investing its latest fund, Cotton Creek Capital Partners II, L.P., which recently closed with approximately $160 million in capital commitments.
Mr. Ali joined Cotton Creek Capital in 2012 and is responsible for evaluation and execution of investment opportunities and has been particularly involved in the execution of operational initiatives with several of Cotton Creek's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Cotton Creek, Mr. Ali was with Harris Williams & Co., an investment bank specializing in middle-market M&A advisory services. While at Harris Williams, Mr. Ali worked on a broad range of industries and focused on M&A transactions and minority private placements. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Ali began his career at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Equity Research Analyst. Mr. Ali earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
