Stephen (Steve) Barnish
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Barnish serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Cotton Creek Capital and provides the Firm over thirty-five years of corporate finance and accounting experience, of that over twenty years as a Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barnish most recently was President and Chief Financial Officer of Coal City Cob Company, Inc., one of the Firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to Coal City Cob, Mr. Barnish was Chief Financial Officer at another Cotton Creek portfolio company, Magnablend, Inc. Prior to Magnablend, Mr. Barnish worked for a variety of companies, including Duferco Group, Chemical Lime Company, Vinmar International and Amweld International, representing the oil and gas, steel trading/distribution/manufacturing and mining and chemicals industries. Mr. Barnish currently serves on the board of directors of C7 Holdings Corp.
Mr. Barnish earned a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Montclair State University. He held a Certified Public Accountant certificate for over twenty years.
