James Rinn
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Rinn serves as Chief Financial Officer for Cotton Creek Capital and brings more than thirty years of finance, accounting, operations and executive leadership experience. Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Mr. Rinn served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of PublicSquare (NYSE: PSQH), where he also served on the Board of Directors. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP, a Top 100 accounting and advisory firm, and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Five Stone Tax Advisers. Mr. Rinn has also served as Chief Financial Officer and consultant to private companies in the healthcare and third-party administrator. He began his career with PwC, where he spent six years as a financial auditor and consultant. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Mr. Rinn is a certified public accountant (for over 30 years), certified executive coach and has advised executives and organizations on strategy, leadership and operational performance. Mr. Rinn graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
